Covid 19 Guidelines

All of these guidelines are to keep each and every one of you safe and must be followed whilst your visiting the salon but we want you to still enjoy your treatments at HM Beauty and receive the high standard we have always provided.

Please check these guidelines before each appointment as they will be updated in accordance to government guidelines and updated with any risk assessments carried out.

  • Please come alone to your appointment (including no children)
  • Make sure to fill out the covid-19 questionnaire 24 hours before your appointment (if any symptoms appear after filling out the questionnaire you must cancel your appointment)
  • Make sure to arrive on time for your appointment and if you are early please wait in your car as we will only have one client in the salon at a time
  • Please try to leave personal belongings at home and any items you do bring will be placed into a disinfected box for the duration of your treatment
  • If you are having your nails done please remove jewellery and watches before entering the building
  • Please pay by contactless where possible
  • Use hand sanitiser before entering the building (provided for you in the porch area)
  • If you are having your nails done please wash your hands (antibacterial wash and paper towels provided)
  • Phones will be banned in the salon (unless its an emergency)
  • You will need to wear a face mask or covering for the duration of your time in the salon (if you do not have one, you can buy a surgical mask from us for £0.60p)
  • Unfortunately no drinks will be offered in the salon (please feel free to bring your own)
  • Do not arrive in gloves to avoid cross contamination
  • Please be aware if you are a shielded please rearrange your appointment. If you are classed as in the vulnerable category you may wish to speak with your GP first before going ahead with your treatment
